1. Agreement, accounts and eligibility
By creating an account, accessing member features or using JuegaNow, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use member features.
You must provide accurate information, protect your password and use your own account. You may use JuegaNow only if you are legally capable of agreeing to these Terms where you live. Where local law requires a parent or guardian to authorize a younger user, that authorization must be obtained.
These Terms apply to JuegaNow.com and to future official JuegaNow mobile applications or services that use the same account and platform data unless a service states different terms.
2. What JuegaNow provides and account capabilities
JuegaNow helps players, teams, organizers and sports venues discover and coordinate local sports activity. Features can include availability, games, invitations and join requests, Game Chat, check-in, attendance and reliability, teams, venue spaces and open slots, reservations, notifications, Community features and Support.
One account may use multiple capabilities such as Player, Organizer and Venue/Business and may manage or participate in Teams. Enabling a capability does not certify professional status, ownership, licensing, identity or fitness.
JuegaNow facilitates connections. It is not the organizer of every game, owner of every venue, employer or agent of users, and it does not guarantee that a player, organizer, team, game or venue will perform as expected.
3. Games, invitations, commitments and scheduling
When you create a game, request or accept a place, invite a player or confirm participation, you should provide truthful details and honor the commitment. Organizers are responsible for keeping time, location, roster and material changes reasonably accurate.
Players and organizers should communicate cancellations promptly. JuegaNow may use confirmed commitments to prevent unrealistic schedule overlaps and may apply travel or preparation buffers when calculating effective availability.
Exact game-location details may be limited to members who need them, such as organizers and confirmed participants.
4. Teams and organizers
Teams are groups managed through JuegaNow. An Organizer is the person responsible for arranging or managing a game, roster or related activity. Team names and management tools must not be used to impersonate organizations or claim affiliations you do not have.
A Team-associated game currently uses the responsible Organizer's reliability history rather than a separate Team reliability percentage unless JuegaNow introduces a separate Team score later.
5. Venues, spaces and reservations
Venue/Business tools allow eligible users to list facilities they own or manage, define courts, fields or other bookable spaces, publish open time and receive reservations. Venue information and availability must be accurate and authorized by the person posting it.
A JuegaNow venue reservation records the requested time within the platform. Unless a feature expressly states otherwise, JuegaNow does not currently process the venue's payment or replace separate payment, waiver, access or facility rules agreed between the venue and member.
Venues remain responsible for honoring confirmed availability, preventing double-booking, communicating closures or changes and complying with laws and facility requirements that apply to their operations.
6. Reliability, attendance, check-in and disputes
JuegaNow may display Player Reliability and Organizer Reliability based on scored participation. Under the current model, a confirmed show-up scores 100, a late cancellation scores 50, a no-show scores 0, and a proper cancellation before the applicable cutoff is neutral and does not add a scored game. A score is established after at least 3 scored games; before that, the member can appear as New.
Check-in and platform records can provide evidence of attendance, but no automated signal is guaranteed to establish what happened in every real-world situation. Members must not manipulate check-ins, attendance records or reliability scores.
After a game, eligible participants can use the current two-sided attendance review window of approximately 48 hours. Eligible no-show or late-cancellation incidents can be disputed through Support. JuegaNow may uphold, excuse, remove or otherwise correct an incident after reviewing available records and information. These decisions concern platform records and are not legal judgments about fault or damages.
7. Notifications and communications
JuegaNow may send in-app alerts, email and, in the future, mobile push notifications for account security, invitations, requests, game changes, Game Chat, reminders, check-in, attendance, Support, venue reservations and relevant local opportunities. Opportunity alerts can use factors such as role, sport, city, schedule and reliability settings.
Delivery cannot be guaranteed. Device settings, spam filters, connectivity and third-party providers may delay or block a notification. You remain responsible for checking confirmed games and commitments.
8. Community, Game Chat and user content
You retain ownership of content you submit, but you give JuegaNow a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display and transmit that content as necessary to operate, secure and improve the service and show it to the audiences you selected or reasonably expected.
Do not post illegal content, harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, scams, spam, sexual exploitation, malware, impersonation, misleading game or venue information, or content that violates another person's rights. JuegaNow may remove content or restrict accounts to protect users and the service.
9. Real-world safety
Sports and in-person meetings involve real-world risks. Verify the game location, facility, organizer and relevant details before traveling. Prefer recognized sports venues or appropriate public recreation areas and do not attend a meeting that appears unsafe or materially different from what was described.
Email verification is an account-security measure, not a background check, government identity verification or guarantee of character. JuegaNow does not independently inspect every user, team, organizer, venue or meeting location.
10. Prohibited misuse
You may not create fake games or availability, manipulate reliability, abuse reporting or Support, scrape or harvest personal data, send unsolicited commercial spam, attack or probe the service, evade suspensions, create deceptive duplicate accounts, interfere with another member's access, or use JuegaNow for unlawful activity.
Automated access, bots or integrations that materially burden the service require permission unless JuegaNow provides an official API or expressly permits the use.
11. Third-party services
JuegaNow may link to or use third-party services such as mapping, email delivery, hosting and other infrastructure. Those services can have their own terms and privacy practices. A link or integration does not mean JuegaNow controls or guarantees the third party.
12. Service changes, suspension and termination
JuegaNow is actively evolving. Features, scoring rules, notification behavior, limits, interfaces and availability can change, be tested, be suspended or be discontinued. We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
JuegaNow may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, manipulation, prohibited content, abuse, legal compliance or material violations of these Terms. Certain records may be retained for security, disputes, legal obligations or enforcement as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JuegaNow is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that every match, game, venue, notification, user statement or third-party service will be accurate, safe, available or suitable for you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JuegaNow is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from user conduct, cancelled or missed games, venue issues, injuries, travel, third-party services or reliance on user-provided information. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded where you live.
14. Changes, contact and mandatory rights
We may update these Terms as JuegaNow changes or when legal, security or operational requirements evolve. The current version and effective date are published on this page. For material changes, we may provide notice and may require members to accept the updated version before continuing to use affected features.
