JuegaNow Game Day Gets Smarter: Random Teams, Verified Attendance & Player Reputation
Recent JuegaNow updates make organizing and finishing real games easier: create balanced random teams in one tap, verify QR attendance automatically, adjust the final player target when plans change, and leave player feedback after completed games.
One button can now create the teams
Organizers can now use Random Teams inside Team Management to shuffle confirmed players into Team 1 and Team 2 automatically. JuegaNow keeps the sides as even as possible, respects the players-per-team target and leaves any extras in Subs / Unassigned.
The result is still editable. Organizers can drag players afterward, swap sides, change team settings and save only when the lineup feels right.
Games can adapt to the people who actually show up
Local games do not always finish with the exact format planned days earlier. A 5v5 with eight players may become a perfectly good 4v4. Organizers can now adjust Players Needed before, during or during post-game review so JuegaNow reflects the game that was actually played.
A game with fewer than two real players can never be treated as completed. Underfilled games enter review instead of automatically affecting attendance or reliability.
QR check-in now counts as verified attendance
If a player successfully scans the official game QR code, JuegaNow already has strong attendance proof. That player is now treated as verified and does not need to be manually confirmed again by the organizer after the game.
Only players without attendance proof need manual review. QR verification is preserved even when the organizer later adjusts the final player target.
Location changes are safer for everyone
Organizers can edit the game location and Google Maps link without recreating the event. When a location changes, confirmed players receive an in-app notification so the group is not accidentally heading to the old field or court.
Game names and player targets can also be corrected as plans evolve, keeping the same roster, chat, teams and check-in flow.
Friends and direct invites make recurring groups easier
Players who meet through games can add each other as Friends. Organizers can then search for a specific player by name, see Friends first and send an invitation directly from the game.
An invitation never forces somebody into the roster: the player still reviews the game and chooses whether to accept or decline.
New: Player Feedback adds a second trust signal
Reliability answers a factual question: did the player show up and handle commitments properly? Player Reputation answers a different question: was this person good to play with?
After a genuinely completed game, verified attendees can give each other a thumbs-up Would Play Again or thumbs-down Wouldn’t Play Again, plus optional positive tags such as Friendly, Fair Play, Great Teammate, Good Communication, Helpful or Skilled.
Public reputation stays useful without becoming a comment fight
Player profiles can build an aggregate Would Play Again score and positive reputation tags once enough feedback exists. Individual negative ratings, identities and written negative notes are not published publicly.
Negative feedback can still help JuegaNow understand repeated issues while keeping public profiles focused on useful signals instead of personal arguments.
The Game Page is becoming the local sports control center
Team Management, Game Chat, Friends, direct invitations, QR attendance, editable game details and player reputation now connect around the same real event. The goal is not to add buttons for the sake of features; it is to remove the small problems that make organizing a real game harder than it should be.
JuegaNow will keep improving these workflows on web, iPhone and iPad so finding players, organizing teams, playing and building trusted local groups feels like one continuous experience.
