JuegaNow Mobile App Is Now in Testing — App Store Release Is Getting Close
The JuegaNow iPhone app is now running through real-device testing. Here is what already works, what we are polishing and what users can expect as we move toward the Apple App Store.
The JuegaNow mobile app is real — and running on a real iPhone
JuegaNow began as a worldwide local-sports platform on the web. The next major step is now well underway: the native iPhone app is running on physical hardware and going through hands-on testing before public release.
This stage is about much more than making the website fit on a smaller screen. We are testing the actual mobile experience: opening the app, creating and joining games, viewing rosters, communicating, checking in and moving through the complete game lifecycle.
Core game features are already being tested
The app can create games with explicit sport selection, dates and times, including overnight games that cross midnight. Players can discover game details, join opportunities and follow their commitments from the phone.
Organizer and Player roles remain intentionally separate. Someone can organize without taking a player spot, or organize and play. Scheduling rules protect real player commitments without incorrectly treating an Organizer Only role as somebody physically playing.
Verified QR check-in and reliability are part of the mobile flow
JuegaNow's attendance system is designed to reward people who actually show up. QR-based check-in is being tested on real devices together with the 30-minute pre-game check-in window and the rules that lock a checked-in player into that attendance state.
Player Reliability and Organizer Reliability remain separate because showing up to play and successfully running a game are different responsibilities. Completed games build the history that other members can use when deciding who to play with.
The app is being aligned with the website, not built as a separate world
The goal is for members to move naturally between JuegaNow.com and the mobile app. Game data, accounts, scheduling rules, reliability, support, legal pages and other shared systems come from the same JuegaNow platform.
We are continuing to polish mobile Game Details, My Games, Game Chat, notifications, player availability, teams, venues and the smaller details that make an app feel fast and clear instead of simply functional.
A new branded JuegaNow startup experience is now in place
The current test build opens with a full-screen JuegaNow animation designed specifically for a vertical phone display. The orange JuegaNow mark, motion and sound create a recognizable branded opening before the member enters the app.
It is a small detail, but it represents the stage the project has reached: we are no longer only building features. We are now shaping the experience people will actually see and feel when they launch JuegaNow.
What happens before the App Store release
The immediate priority is testing complete real-game flows from creation to joining, communication, QR attendance and post-game reliability. We are also finishing mobile/web feature parity, production hardening and the Apple distribution setup needed for TestFlight and the App Store.
JuegaNow is not claiming an App Store approval or public release date yet. Apple submission and review still need to happen. But the project is getting close to that next major milestone, and the app is now far beyond the concept stage.
What users can expect from the first iPhone release
The first release is being built around the core reason JuegaNow exists: make it easier to find people, fill games and connect local sports communities. Expect game discovery, creation and participation, organizer tools, attendance and reliability, communication and the account features needed to manage your sports activity.
JuegaNow will continue growing after launch. Smarter matching, stronger venue tools, push notifications, recurring activity and other features can expand over time, but the first goal is a dependable app that helps real people get into real games.
